Questions, answered.
When exactly do I receive what?+
Chapter 1 PDF arrives in your inbox within 60 seconds of purchase. Chapters 2–5 land on the dates published on the live roadmap (latest 31 July 2026). Final compiled Vol. 1 PDF: also 31 July 2026.
What if you don't deliver on time?+
If any chapter slips by more than 14 days from the published date, you can request a full refund — no questions asked, including the chapter(s) you've already read. We are explicit about the refund timeline because we're a solo operation and we'd rather under-promise than overshoot.
What's the difference between early-bird and full?+
Content is identical. Early-bird pricing (€19) is locked for the first 100 buyers as a reward for trusting the pre-order. After that it's €29.
Why only 5 chapters? The original TOC had 10.+
We narrowed scope to deliver well, not broadly. Chapters 6-10 (identity, market sizing, legal EU, forecast, glossary) become Vol. 2 — shipping Q4 2026, sold separately or free for founding readers (first 10 buyers).
Can I expense it?+
Yes — Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) issues a proper invoice with VAT handling. EU buyers can add their VAT number at checkout for reverse-charge.
Will I get updates after Vol. 1?+
Vol. 1 buyers get all chapter revisions through 2027 free. Founding readers (first 10) get Vol. 2 free as a thank-you.
