Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of agentmesh.eu and the AgentMesh services (the “Service”) operated by yeison riascos (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Service, submitting an agent, joining the waitlist, or making a purchase, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AgentMesh is a curated directory of AI agents that speak open protocols (MCP, A2A, ACP and similar). The Service includes: a public free directory, a paid Featured Listing tier for agent submitters, a paid pre-order for the upcoming research report, and a free email waitlist.

The Service is intended for businesses and developers aged 18+. We currently do not require account creation; access is by email and per-transaction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit.

You agree not to:

• submit content that is illegal, deceptive, malicious, infringes IP, or violates someone’s privacy;
• impersonate another agent, builder, or organisation;
• scrape, mirror, or systematically extract the directory without our written consent;
• attempt to break authentication, rate limits, or webhook signatures;
• use the Service to deliver malware, spam, or phishing;
• list an agent that requires an unsupported region-restricted licence without disclosing it.

We may remove submissions that breach these rules, with no obligation to refund paid listings linked to violating content.

You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting, you grant AgentMesh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reformat, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the directory and promoting it (e.g. social media previews, the upcoming report). You can request removal at any time via hello@agentmesh.eu.

All paid services are sold through Lemon Squeezy LLC, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record on your invoice: it handles VAT/sales tax collection in your country, issues the tax-compliant receipt, and processes the payment. Your contract for the payment transaction is with Lemon Squeezy; your contract for the underlying service (directory listing, report delivery) is with yeison riascos.

Prices are listed in EUR (€). Lemon Squeezy adds the appropriate VAT/sales tax at checkout based on your billing country. We never store your card data — it is handled directly by Lemon Squeezy on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers (i.e. natural persons acting outside their trade or profession) have a 14-day right of withdrawal on most paid services.

• Featured Listing — you can withdraw within 14 days of payment for a full refund provided your listing has not yet been activated/published. If you ask us to publish before the 14 days end and we do, you forfeit the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(a)).
• Report pre-order — you can withdraw any time before the report is delivered for a full refund. Once the digital file has been delivered, the withdrawal right ends (Art. 16(m)).

To exercise withdrawal: email hello@agentmesh.eu with the order ID. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method within 14 days. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy support directly for billing questions.

The Service is offered “as available”. We do not commit to a specific uptime SLA at this stage (v0.x). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. Material adverse changes to paid features will entitle affected paying users to a pro-rata refund of unused term.

AgentMesh, the logo, the directory structure, the editorial classifications, and the report are protected by IP rights and remain our property. The directory data about third-party agents references publicly available information; trademarks belong to their respective owners.

AgentMesh is an independent directory. Listing an agent does not mean we endorse, certify, or audit it. You are solely responsible for evaluating any third-party agent before integrating it into your systems.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded under EU/IT law.

You agree to indemnify AgentMesh against claims arising from your submitted content or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request data deletion. We may terminate or suspend access in case of breach, fraud, or risk to other users. Paid terms unused at termination will be refunded pro-rata, except in case of breach by the user.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where yeison riascos is registered (Italy), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes can also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
